Camp Session Date: March 9-10, 2024

Camp Location: Tarpon Tennis Club, 3320 Crescent Oaks Blvd., Tarpon Springs, FL 34688

Overview:​ Player development is most accelerated through match play. A prospects Universal Tennis Rating has become the currency by which they are evaluated by college coaches. The goal of the camp is to impact your development as a player by providing a variety of competitive experiences in a highly focused environment. Coach Knoll and his staff will provide technical and tactical feedback relative to live, competitive match play in real time.

Camp Highlights:

• Four UTR Singles match results and one UTR Doubles result.

• On court instruction and interaction with NCAA National Championship Coach, Matt Knoll.

• Improve your skills and learn singles and doubles strategy specific to college tennis.

• Seminar on how to best prepare and execute a plan for college recruiting.
   

​Facilities: Tarpon Springs Tennis Club offers players the opportunity to train on European style red clay courts. Universally regarded as the top surface in the World for player development.​

Camper Program

Check-in/Check-out: Players check in on Saturday, March 9 from 7:30am - 8:00am at the Tarpon Springs Tennis Academy. The camp concludes on March 10th at 4:00pm.

Meals: Players will provide their own lunch.
 
Local Hotel Accommodations: Participants and families will be required to provide their own hotel accommodations. There are several in proximity including, Innisbrook Resort, 36750 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 and The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Trinity, 2125 Corporate Center Dr., Trinity, FL 34665.

8:10 - 8:30am – How to smooth your transition to college tennis/College Doubles Strategy
8:35 - 8:50am – Dynamic Warm Up
9:00am - 12:00pm – Doubles college style drills
12:00 - 1:15pm – Lunch
1:15 - 2:00pm – Seminar with Coach Matt Knoll
2:00 - 3:00pm – UTR Doubles Match Play with on court coaching
3:00 - 5:00pm – UTR Singles Match Play with on court coaching
4:00 - 5:00pm – Parents Seminar
