This can be valued at anywhere from tens of thousands of dollars to half a million. Nearly 400,000 high school students play softball, and college softball scholarships are highly competitive. Competing at the College Level
Nearly 400,000 high school students play softball: about 8.4% of them go on to compete in college. Making it to this level is challenging. You are tougher, especially with American College Placement on your side. After completion of an Associate Degree, athletes can transfer to an NCAA Division if they have successfully completed all the academic requirements.

It is important to note that some scholarships can be split: for example, there are 12 full Division I scholarships available. Programs can award partial scholarships to attract more high-quality student-athletes.
